06/06 GST And Trammel Crow Residential Sign Apartment Deal

VANCOUVER, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 6, 1996--GST Net, a subsidiary of
GST Telecommunications Inc. (AMEX:GST), has been selected to provide advanced
telecommunication services to a new 492-unit apartment development currently
under construction in suburban Salt Lake City, Utah.
Trammel Crow Residential is developing a luxury community, called Pinnacle
at South Valley. GST has signed an exclusive 15-year agreement with Trammel
Crow to provide a range of telecommunication products to the residents of
Pinnacle at South Valley.
The services will be offered under the name "GST Home" and will include
local and long distance telephone services, enhanced telephone features, cable
television, home alarm services, high-speed modem access and Internet service.
Adam Haas, vice president, Tenant Services, said of the project: "This is
the perfect opportunity to package GST's diverse communications services for a
single audience. We believe that the prospective residents of Pinnacle at
South Valley will demand the latest in communications products as well as
maximum convenience.

"Our single source solution means one installation, one bill and one
customer service number to call for all their communication needs. No other
provider can match this."

attracted us to GST is their forward looking approach to residential
communications services. We recognize that our residents will expect more
