Oh sure, I agree also. It would be good to see this case ultimately won by Microsoft.

But I would prefer to see a quick settlement so the stock can get moving again. If the government is only interested in pressing it's advantage out of competitiveness, then that is messed up and no longer in the interest of it's constituents.

Is Joel Klein interested in benefit
to American citizens, or is he interested in beating Microsoft as badly as possible out of his own sense of competition?
