IPVoice.com, Inc. To Become Fully Reporting in January 2000
PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 1999--IPVoice.com(TM) (OTC: BB - IPVC) is pleased to announce that the effective date for its status as a fully reporting company will be January 2, 2000.
IPVoice.com filed its Form 10-SB on November 3, 1999. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) notified IPVoice that there would be no further review or comment on the filing.
