There was no question of it happening.

Colter is a frigging mouse. He just handed the company over.
A merger of equals my a$$.

There was no benefit to BAC to ever go ahead with the deal.
Of course Colter cashed out so what does he care. Now I understand he heads up some venture capital outfit.
