WGAT gapping I presume on news of Comcast aquisition. WGAT has a deal with Comcast for digital deployment of their service, concentrating especially in the Philadelphia area and it looks like their customer base just got bigger.

NEW YORK, Nov 16 (Reuters) - Cable television operator Comcast Corp. (NasdaqNM:CMCSA - news) on Tuesday said it agreed to acquire Lenfest Communications Inc., for about $5.6 billion in stock and the assumption of debt, in a move to consolidate its subscriber base in greater Philadelphia television market.
