PointServe Completes Agreement With Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch; PreparesFor National Launch of Intelligent Online Scheduling Solutions


AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- PointServe, Inc., the pioneer of intelligent, online scheduling solutions, announced today that Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch, Inc. (Nasdaq: TMCS) will integrate PointServe's patent-pending technologies into its city-based consumer portals. The CitySearch partnership is one of a series of agreements being finalized by PointServe in preparation for the National debut of the Web-based intelligent scheduling service in early 2000.

The agreement will allow CitySearch to expand its online offerings by letting consumers select, evaluate, schedule and order home and personal-related services online. Through PointServe's technology, CitySearch is now able to complete this process by allowing consumers to make buying and scheduling decisions on the Internet.
