Well I think MHR will go sideways to down for a while - I have not heard any other info on the convert deal - Understand though that arbitrage is name of the game - But the bonds -short the stock and take advantage of the inefficiencies. I know the analyst at Van Kasper & company ( Herb Hart ) - He is very good and likes the stock alot - Execution is the name of the game for this company - I think alot of people are skeptical of mgmts ability to tuck in such a large aquisition. Time will tell
