The lawsuits were mentioned as part of the risks that expedia is facing right before they went public. Check out their Nov 10 filing. I think not everybody have seen this filing before they ipo'd on Nov 11. It was too short a time. I doubt if the filing went online even on the day of ipo. Anyways, check out pages 47 thru 49. I wonder why did the underwriters pushed thru with their ipo without spilling all the news to the public first? edgar-online.com
