I also like and own Jetform. There business should rebound dramatically with new ERP sales. In addition, they are also exposed to the document management market which has also slowed down with the Y2K problem.

FORM has cut their costs significantly which should provide significant operating leverage when revenue growth returns.

I believe this company has valuable intellectual property, including Java workflow SW, and would make an excellent (and cheap) acquisition for several companies.
