Just wondering who's that major U.S. Telco

Here's a part of the news release:

MDSI Solution Selected to Manage Workforce for Major U.S. Telco

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--MDSI Mobile Data Solutions Inc.
("MDSI" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: MDSI; TSE, ME: MMD) announced
today that it has signed an agreement for the implementation of
its Advantex(TM)-Telecommunications mobile workforce management
solution with a major U.S. telecommunications service provider.
MDSI(TM) is scheduled to roll out the solution to approximately
3,500 technicians, though the contract provides terms for
expansion of the implementation as well. The contract amount is
approximately US$6.1 million, representing software, services and
a three-year service agreement. This new customer has asked to
remain anonymous.
