Angler,

Lawsuits will always be an issue for VISX. The legal issues surrounding the company's patents will give investor's many opportunities to buy into the stock at reasonable levels. However, I expect the price to rocket into the stratosphere if VISX gets a decisive victory over Nidek. But I also expect there will be further challenges to VISX's patents down the line.
