All they had to do was release this news before the bell when the stock was trading over 64, and there would have been some pent-up demand on the open and it could've caught some momentum at 65, 66, 67. Instead they chose to wait until people started selling and their stock was down a half before releasing the news. They should have released some news like this days ago...
