such as a breakup or a confiscation of Microsoft's intellectual property If this isn't the United States of Amerika vs capitalism and free enterprise, then I don't know what else to call it. This issue is much bigger than just an attack on MSFT. it will put the company at an immediate disadvantage in private antitrust suits against it. Who needs tobacco? The vultures are already drooling in anticipation of a fatter victim to feed on.
