InfoCure Introduces e-Commerce Doctor to Supplier Software

ATLANTA, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- InfoCure Corporation (Nasdaq: INCX) today
announced that it has successfully deployed its e-commerce technology in its
orthodontic practice management software and completed the first provider to
supplier live transmission. InfoCure expects to begin shipping its software
for inclusion in its practice management system in the 1st quarter of 2000 to
over 4,000 orthodontists worldwide.
Dr. James Davis, CEO of InfoCure's orthodontic division, stated, "For the
first time, our practices can electronically order their supplies directly
from ORMCO, the orthodontic supply division of Sybron International as an
added value of using our practice management software. The potential for
companies such as InfoCure, that have a practice management system already in
operation, is enormous in the e-commerce area. We are pleased that we could
so quickly capitalize on our previously announced agreement with Sybron
International. We continue to believe that the application is the portal for
such opportunities."
InfoCure's business to business (B2B) e-commerce platform utilizes state
of the art server technology that translates orders from InfoCure's XML format
to the vendors' preferred format. The architectural design of InfoCure's
software allows for maximum scalability of vendors and customers, regardless
of practice specialty.
