Ray, <<our last year>> I don't agree. This announcement puts a floor under Maxam for some time IMO. I must admit to being surprised by this announcement, I have mixed feelings. Naturally I don't want to see Maxam give up any of its holdings, but this sale is only 1/73 of their land holdings and if it secures Maxam's future, that's good. It also puts another player into desert dirts that will have the cash to do the resource development and mining necessary to establish credibility, even if Maxam does nothing. The royalty isn't a bad thing for us shareholders either, but I admit to not knowing the details. Anything that brings in operating cash and allows survival has to be considered good in the current hard to fund environment for mining juniors and desert dirt companies.
