[RESEARCH ALERT-Pacific Gateway EPS view cut] NEW YORK, Nov 17 (Reuters) - PaineWebber said on Wednesday it lowered its fourth quarter EPS estimate on Pacific Gateway Exchange Inc. to $0.05 from $0.21. -- Said the change reflected the absence of bandwidth sales after the company said it will amortize the revenues from the long-term lease of terrestrial capacity over the term of the lease. -- Said it valued the company at $40 per share.
