Identix is aiming to be in the center of the next wave's emphasis on identity, control and trust. You need to establish your identity when all physical boundaries between networks have been demolished, you need to control your identity when it can be taken anywhere, and you need to establish trust in your remote partners that you are who you say you are. Biometric authentication promotes all of that.
