agree that the big question mark here is IF Sigma is in fact big enough to carry on...and IF the cash payment will enable mxam to stay afloat...and IF the royalties are significant enough to benefit shareholders...and IF this transaction actually takes place in april of 2000.

we've been led down this road before. is it now mxam's battle cry "2000 will be our year"?

don't know anything about sigma from grand cayman and their financial position. maybe when they due their DD the deal will fall through like previous attempts at financing.

didn't the last deal fall through because mxam didn't want to give up too much to the lenders and give away any more value than they had to?

like you i have mixed feelings on this announcement. just think it was about time that our chains stopped being jerked around.
