Consolidated Medical Management Announces Appointment of Chairman of the Board And Chief Executive Officer

BATON ROUGE, La., Nov. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Consolidated Medical Management, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CMMI), a health care services and management company, announced today that Douglas M. Kemp has been appointed as the Company's Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Kemp has over 30 years of experience in management and consulting for medical related companies and financial institutions. He has extensive experience in factoring and financing of medical receivables, and served as Chief Executive Officer of Hospital Informative Services, Inc., that provided administration and receivables factoring for 1,000 physicians and 32 hospitals. He also served as Director of mergers and acquisitions for Affiliated Computer Systems, Inc. Mr. Kemp's expertise will greatly enhance the Company's immediate goal of acquiring Imaging Centers throughout the Southwestern United States, along with the growth and expansion of CMMI's existing operations.

Mr. Kemp replaces the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jack London, whose resignation was accepted by the Board of Directors.
