Riley continues to post falsely about timelines and information posted. Actually the information was publically available, you had to look for it in some cases, but the majority of the issues revolved around their bogus press releases which were very public and very easy to disprove. Nothing was done behind our backs, they did it all in broad daylight.

Riley's statement regarding TA sheets and criminal acts in mid 1997 are flat out false. Read the thread to determine when we learned facts which we would then post on this thread.

All shareholders in RMIL are the victims!
There was more than one MAJOR short seller in the RMIL market (More than just D. Mork). Mork was the only admitted short seller (100,000 admitted shares)! I believe that the illegal issed S8 shares to certain stock brokers and other promoters were also shorted against by those that recieved them, or they flat out dumped them into the market and pocketed the money on the backs of the shareholders that believed the RMIL press releases and SEC filings!

I also find it STRANGE that the over 5% shareholders of RMIL NEVER registered their trades (Buys & Sells) with the SEC!

FYI, the information that was always mentioned by Stock Broker, Kugler and his pal S Martin and others was not public information, but private insider information that they received from Mork or other sources. No shareholder could have gotten Trasfer Agent shareholder sheets, DTC sheets, or other BOD's resulations that Tonto provided me well after the SEC halt took place. If Kugler had knowledge of these TA sheets and other criminal acts, he should have turned them over to the SEC when he first received them in mid 1997.

I believe that all those responsible for the SCAM in this OTC stock, as well as others will be arrested in the near future. Or at least hope so!
