I think there is a lot of 25 cent stock out there, see Brummel's old post on escrow releases, and add to it the 50 cent flow through which ends up with a 25 cent cost base. Combined, the supply side may well dominate through these early stages of recovery. As it is, they have tried to move the ask/bid to 25/27 a number of times and so far have been consistently pushed back. In summary, i suspect the goods will have to be much closer to arrival before we get more upside. JMO though.
