That bank is out of the pipeline now, discussions on that funding continues. Runyon told me recently "the deal is more than a possibility, it's a probability". I must admit to sharing CL, the only's, thoughts. I'm waiting to hear that the chief financial officer of that JV is a man named Doyle. <VBG>
