Re EGL.T.....Just got off the phone with EGL CFO John Macgraw at 1-516-756-5223.He says that Yorkton Securties was not involved in any financing nor Latimer unless one of them bought out Marlo MacNamara.I told him about the selling by Yorkton and suggested they may be using them for insider selling.Mr MacGraw says absolutely no insider selling is being done by any Directors or members of the executive as they all have to cross his desk with insider selling requests.The audit is going slow. Oh yes, he also confirmed the O/S shares on this as 4,616,000. ******My conclusion is this.Yorkton is shorting this stock and on a very thin basis.I am going to do an indsider report.They are going to get caught hard unless they are the ones who bought out Marlo Macnamera(the company who participated in a financing a few years ago.Need some help here guys.Someone do an insider report from Carlson and post it please.We have a excellent candidate here if what I am thinking is happening....
