To all: word of warning. Recently I was PMed by a name familiar to all here regarding a supposed class-action lawsuit being filed against MDHM etc. The firm supposedly handling this is Berman DeValerio & Pease LLP, who can be found at bermanesq.com . This individual also sent me the link medinahenergy.com which allegedly pointed to a document containing details about Medinah's and NPEC's private placements and the identities/positions of a number of posters on this thread. Specifically "What do you think of the "Dream Team list?" There has to be half a dozen names on that list that I recognize from the Forums. The holders and number of reg. private placement issues is insane! I must say that the NPEC/FIRE/CDCH deals are a bit confusing, though I hear they will be concluded in short order." The link is bogus, and turns out be nothing more than an attempt to trap my IP address. Consider yourselves warned, and take note of the kind of people you're dealing with. As it came to me in a PM I will not post the names of the people involved; suffice it to say they are very familiar names.
