St ignores check requests. Learned today that ST routinely ignores internet requests for withdrawals by check. ST acknowledged having my request for 9 days but informed me that it often ignores check requests. I was told I would not be given a number to reference in a complaint to the NASD, unless I first made a written complaint to ST. Just completed making a complaint with NASDR and faxing the same to ST. Looks like ST may have been using customer funds to meet its operating expenses. That is what was called "embezzlement" when I was in law school.
