Sorry, my mistake. I only know the German tax system where long term capital gains (for shares you hold for more than a year are tax free). So please apologize my sell advise. I simply have another standpoint than the "normal" US-Investor. As you, I wait for an improved offer. If VOD bids 250 I'm gonna sell (even if Mannesmann is at a 10 % discount to that offer). Always remember: This would be the first successful hostile takeover in Germany ever. VOD only knows the US and UK market, this time the have to play the game with "our rules" which are different from other countries. Kai
