E. Elliot: Lots of foreign investors in this deal! Looking at the S-1 filing and finding an interesting 380,886 share issue last year to repay debts to a related party. Is this the same 380,000 that went into the brokerage firm that was sold out last week? I restated the previos 660,000 figure to 446,000 which was 380,000 shares plus 66,000 shares purchased but not paid for.
