Luke 11:28 "But even more blessed are ALL who hear the word of God and put it into practice. (note the word "ALL", nothing said about the "so called" pre-birth chosen.)
Luke 10:22 "...No one really knows the Son except the Father, and no one really knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal Him." By accepting and loving the Son, Jesus Christ, God will be revealed to us. All of us who do so, not just any chosen group.
