Just because something is a human being that feels pain doesn't mean you can't kill it? Sounds like anarchy to me, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but good luck in convincing the majority of that.

The LAW, as you call it, already is arbitrary and it is flawed in the matter of Roe v. Wade. Even ardent supporters of legal abortion agree that the law is written badly and should be revisited.
