There were a few big blocks traded, but many of them appeared to be at or near the bid price; no large block crossed over 3. Action like this certainly can augur good things, but today's movement didn't look shockingly positive to me.

I would probably buy the stock up to about 3.5-4 if it weren't for that pesky lawsuit. That price range is around where the price/1997 forecast earnings is half the forecast 1998-over-1997 growth rate.

However, the suit scares me plenty, and the stock has not, imho, priced in the risks yet; the stock is still trading at around a 30 PE, so any material legal expense or margin hit would be trouble.
