Tom, thanks for the information about the 1996 annual report. I acted on it immediately and requested a copy (http://www.americaneco.com). ECGOF is a buy-and-hold, albeit you should be able to live with the caveats well expressed by contributors to the thread. The 3-year chart shows a stock three times gently sliding as investors become unsettled while they wait for a 6 or 9 months earnings report to justify their optimism, and that then in a flash climbs to a new plateau. The climb could come in May, it could come in the fall. It will be worth 30%.
