Robert, Got any idea what Wal-Mart or any massive multi-location concern pays for a little thing like light bulb replacement? You'd be stunned. Next time you are in a mall or office complex, take a look around. What would you charge to be on-call to replace that light bulb at the top of the atrium? You would be surprised at the cost savings inherent in ubiquitous computing. Paul
