Gerald, I believe you're talking about patent 5614559: Compound for inhibiting HIV infectivity. I found no mention of PRO 2000, but I agree with you that they are talking about it. Did you look at the 39 claims? Claims's 9, 23, and 35 talk about PRO 1041. Do you know what this is? In each claim Procept writes "the condensation polymer is a compound having the identifying characteristics of PRO 1041." I noticed that the patent was filed in May of 1994. Did PRO 1041 become PRO 2000?
