Rory-You make a good point re MDR press release-on the first day, much of the selling was influenced by the erroneous impression that MDR had almost run out of cash--my suspicion is that few bothered to even read the balance sheet....Then the asbestos worries took over...Now, if we could just get Congress to finally put that asbestos bill to a vote. That would likely 'eliminate' the asbestos risk 'overnight' and return the stock back to trading on eps recovery factors and eyeing DLJ's 24 target in the absense of any increased asbestos risk.----the mere mention that the bill was being tabled for a vote would likely do wonders for this stock. It was first sponsered in March 99 and has steadily gained key backers, including both house chairmen, Trent Lott etc etc
