No....CHN is a closed end fund. It trades like a stock. But it's a little more susceptible to erratic movement because of the following:
*Some funds may own shares that become illiquid or trade at low volumes
*Investment sentiment in the U.S. will determine the movement. Where U.S. investors are less optimistic than the foreign market the fund may well trade at a discount.

There is not a ton of info on CHN, but I saw a lot of BB's floating around today that people got into and I'll be willing to bet that there was not too much info dug up on those either.
