Fenton- I also was up late last night dealing with taxes, but decided to file for an automatic extension today- so excuse me for venting here a bit. Only a nation of sheep would put up with such an intrusive, arrogant, even thuggish (see James Bovard's editorial in Friday's WSJ). government agency as the IRS. They can destroy people financially even when they are wrong, but they owe no restitution. Our colonial ancestors knew what to do with a far less odious oppressor! Of the national political parties in this country, only the Libertarian Party calls for abolishing the personal income tax (they would finance a drastically reduced federal gov. thru other taxes). Anyway, I sold 2/3 of my OREX on Monday at 5 33/64, having gotten in at an average price of about 4 9/16 within the past two weeks- interest rate jitters prompted the sale. I'm looking for an opportunity to get back in. I'm hoping to get in a little under 4 1/2- missed a limit order today by 1/16. Care to say what price you are looking to pay? Regards, Larry
