As I have said earlier, MSFT should appeal this to everyone including GOD. The process of appellate court, supreme court would take another 3 years, the case would be irrevalent. Shorter term, the market will focus away from this stuff around after DEC Q earnings or around Feb. when MSFT ships Win2K. Jackson's ruling won't be out till summer 2000.
