Listing on Nasdaq's National Market System should be forthcoming. NMS should give added profile to ASTN as it has been stealth thus far.

Gomez IPO is being handled by BancBoston Robertson Stephens. Gomez has been an invaluable source of intelligence for ASTN over the years.

ASTN will be inking the deal with Hong Kong very soon. The repercussion of the deal HK is signing with ASTN must be understood to be appreciated. HK presently funnels 30% of all trades through London. This deal with ASTN gives HK the integrity to stand on its own. ASTN is also working on China proper. ASTN has the Canada deal. Appears that upon the completion of Canada, HK and Asia (including China proper), Europe will be close behind.

The rollout phases appear to be on schedule and are being very well received. ASTN's phase III should bring between 80~120 customers online. Within 3 years UTTC should be worth something between $100M~170M in revenue for ASTN on the UTTC product alone.
