John, In all honesty, John, don't you think MSFT would be better off settling with the FED??? They aren't helping MSFT longs by holding out, doncha think??? If their engineering is as good as you say it is, what's to keep them down in the future??? They should settle and get this whole thing over with. Then they can continue to "innovate". You can't keep a good outfit down, you know. I'm long on SUNW. I hope MSFT keeps fighting until doomsday. cheers, cherylw
