Seems like a small premium to pay after trading over 40 last year. Any guesses if the stock will trade higher than that or not? I think someone else should come in higher, not happy with that considering they know things will be turned around next year. I guess I shouldn't complain I can take the cash and go to other places, but they seem to be getting a great deal. Any other thoughts from holders out there?
