Richard, you may be right, & I may have it wrong or they do [or "each" refers to both clauses?], but the NR reads as follows - copied exactly: one common share of WindStar Resources, Inc. (OTCBB Symbol: WSRI - news), plus, one ``A' warrant of WindStar Resources, Inc. (OTCBB Symbol: WSRIW - news) for each 160 shares So it's a common (so I will assume voting and trading) share that's the 1:1 and the 1:160 is the preferred A-class. regards, SW
