Hi. This is a problem for the longer term.

...Chambers told the panel there was a clear difference between
patients treated with Visudyne and those given the placebo.
However, he said the difference wasn't "clinically significant."..

For the immediate future the possibility of retaining sight even for a short period is clearly worth the +/- $1200 that was mentioned earlier. Six months of sight prior to blindness has no price.
