I have had very good reliability on every server except Mountain View server which seems to be overloaded. It routinely runs about 1-3 seconds delay, while the other servers are typically less than .25 second. There are a lot of people who are very satisfied but are weary of bucking the trend on the thread. I've had two satellite systems, a cable system, and a handful of internet services. Q-charts is the the best (and it's not even close). The compression of the packet data makes it run very smoothly and the servers located all over the country makes it possible to reroute without closing the program and starting over in the unlikely event you get regional data flow issues through the internet. New Jersey, Virginia, California, and Colorado (I think)-- pretty spread out. Even if the web is log jammed out on the eastern seaboard, you should be able to connect to California with no problem. Pretty cool. Matt
