the co. has not one, but several people in north america, according to the filing. One might assume that at least one of them is in Canada, and maybe Vancouver in particular, or they would have simply said 'United States', rather than 'North America.' re. the 'silicon valley office', the filing does say that they have one officer who 'resides' in in silicon valley. It goes on to discuss how the silicon valley location 'would be' ideal for the company. That seems to suggest that maybe the company would relocate there in the future. What it doesn't say is where the company is, right now. Which is just one of the reasons why the filing feels strange, when I read it.
