Guys,

You guys are great. Good resourceful work. I wish I could contribute more.

This Bampton connection - are Craig, Barry, and Alyssa all related?

If the stock is bought up with these debentures, my guess is that volume will shrink. Barry seems to want to create the situation they had before where it was hard to buy this stock without significantly creating some price movement.

Look at knkv. Same thing happened with this stock. All the stuff appears to be bought up now and Barry and associates seem to be on the bid. Nobody but some mm down at the ask who is probably just waiting for some anxious shareholders I would bet. Again, hardly able to buy knkv without seriously impacting the price.

Now, due to all these foreign investors and acquisitions (that may or may not occur now), I would guess that there is a great deal of pressure to get the price up or run into trouble with these private investors and companies involved in acquisitions.

However, volume may not be what moves this stock. vteh and/or its associates may buy all the stock that is available and then systematically raise the price of the stock by staying on the bid.

They might be able to do that for the short or near term, but long term they have to start the operation up, create some cashflow, and get the market place to create volume in vteh stock. If they don't, this thing could crash again if they run out of money to support the price. If that happens, margins get called, shorters have a field day, and us straightforward types get the shaft.

Maybe that is what happened this past time.

Again, I'm speculating. That's just the way I read it. The issue for us is whether they are truly interested in and working on having a fully operational and profitable internet gaming system. If they are, we are in good shape. If they are not, we are just small pawns riding the wave of some investment banking scheme to create "paper" profit that we may or may not have the priviledge of participating in.

I'm going to try to find out more about the status of operations. I think that is the key for us to profit from this company.

Don
