johnd: This not like smoking where everyone shows up with damaged lungs and dies or get cancer or something.In this instance they all are in a class and can show substantial damage.In the MSFT case everyone is going to show up with a very trivial complaint that will not have a common ground with another complaintant. What are they going to show for damages that they could have spent more on a Mac or they could have gone to a SUNW/Sparc solution? Please cases such as this are going to show just how bogus this DOJ suit is.JFD
