Well Bully one would hope that they would tell the truth in the filing, I don't even want to think any other way at the moment......... I would imagine their are very serious penalties for making false statements on the filing. In Canada probably a week in SI Bob's jail house, me thinks the States may frown a little more then our judicial system............ I would only be concerned who was in control if they did not file at all, Les told me directly that they would be filing within 2 weeks of getting the audited statements. Sure hope so.
