Hi all, still scaling in. Can't seem to find even one person with anything bad to say about this company. As part of my dd I discovered the company is doing a 25M private placement. I was interested in participating in this placement and was told. "We think it is covered but will call you if need be".

Nasdaq listing seems assured at this point and I can't see how this stock will not be a homerun. At least with what I know now.
