Richard, IMO, J/L have been waiting for the other shoe to drop. Fr. Gregory (as of today) has 5 people on the Naxos board. Watch these two try and turn the two companies into one(only speculation on my part) at the expense of shareholders. Doesn't MG own all the rights to the "propietary" J/L methodology? If I was a shareholder of MG and J/L even thought of working with Naxos in any way, shape, or form, I would be highly pissed! Mark
