today announced its new wholly owned subsidiary - `Aimagine Global Software
Company' (AIMAGINE). Recent company software developments for corporate
collaboration, and business administration, utilizing the advantages of
Internet communications and Intranet applications is being introduced by
AimGlobal Technologies for enhancing the corporate relationships of the
Company's major customers. Initial response to the Company's new server based
software product, `Synergy', is exceeding all expectations, with emerging

will market and further develop a full suite of Synergy, Internet-enabling
business software through its subsidiary, Aimagine.
